Pros
- Superb build quality; body is sealed against dust and moisture. 
- Large, bright viewfinder with 100% view.
- Articulated screen.
- The Image Stabilisation works well.
- Very fast focus with SWD lenses(12-60mm SWD). 
- Excellent photo quality in most situations.
- Dual memory card slots.
- Excellent JPEG output, plenty of detail. 
- Low noise at ISO 100-400, usable up to ISO 800.
- User control over ISO noise reduction (Noise Filter).
- Effective anti-dust system.
- Responsive in use, shutter lag short.
- Full manual controls.
- Nice continuous shooting mode.
- Optional battery grip.

Cons
- Resolution isn't as high as rivals.
- Dynamic Range less than competition.
- Camera tends to underexpose.
- Low light / high ISO performance.
- Auto WB is occasionally inaccurate.
- Some ergonomic issues (control layout, small buttons, user interface).
- Noisier results than most competitors above ISO 400.
- Multi-point AF system seems easily confused, single point AF also a lot faster.
- Flash must be raised for AF assist.
